If the course is not accurate, you may be entitled to a full refund. To qualify, you must attend every segment of the training and Q&A sessions and show proof.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive all correspondence related to the course.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a makeup session via video recording will be arranged to ensure you do not miss any critical content.
1. Punctuality: Participants must arrive on time for each session and remain present for the entire duration.
2. Active Participation: Engagement in discussions, activities, and Q&A sessions may be required to qualify for a refund.
3. Completion of Assignments: Any required assignments or exercises must be completed and submitted by the deadlines.
4. Attendance Verification: Participants may need to sign in or complete attendance sheets to verify participation.
5. Minimum Attendance Percentage: A specified percentage of total sessions (e.g., 100%) must be attended to be eligible for a refund.
6. Feedback Submission: Providing feedback or completing a course evaluation might be necessary.
7. No Missed Critical Sessions: Missing key modules or sessions, particularly those essential to certification or assessment, could disqualify refund eligibility.
